Investigating

We are investigating reports that some users cannot access their community's Permitting & Licensing employee site or public portal. When these users go to their community's site, they see a message saying an OpenGov portal does not exist for their community, even though the community's site is active.

This affects users in multiple communities. Our engineering team is actively investigating.
