Some users receive an error when attempting to submit full payments through the Online Payment Portal. Our team is actively investigating and working toward a resolution.
In the meantime, you can unblock your constituents by following these steps:
1. Select Settings from the top navigation menu
2. Select Organization Profile
3. Under the Customer Payment Portal section, toggle "Allow Customer Partial Payments" to On
